Help Verilian Health understand clinic workflows and develop practical ways to reduce administrative work. This is an expression of interest for a potential part-time opportunity; there is no confirmed opening or start date, and hiring will depend on client demand.
Ce que vous ferez
- Map clinic workflows through conversations with practice owners and administrative staff.
- Identify repetitive tasks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve day-to-day operations.
- Translate workflow needs into clear requirements for the engineering team.
- Review prototypes and provide feedback on usability and fit with clinic operations.
- Help prepare workflow documentation, onboarding materials, and staff training.
- Support client discovery and implementation activities as projects develop.
Ce que vous apportez
- Hands-on experience in clinic administration, practice management, or healthcare operations.
- Understanding of workflows such as referrals, scheduling, intake, or administrative reporting.
- Ability to document processes clearly and explain operational needs.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Ability to collaborate remotely and work independently.
- Based in Canada.
Atouts
- Experience working with US outpatient clinics.
- Experience introducing new software or improving clinic processes.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and practice management systems.
- Experience at a small business or early-stage startup.
